Handcrafted Lampwork Glass beading is an art that dates back thousands of years. “Lampwork” is derived from a time when the heat source was a flame supplied by an oil – or tallow-burning lamp, hence gives the name (can also be referred to as flamework). Today, the two most common heat sources are propane (hot head torch) or the combination of propane and oxygen (dual heat torch). I am a hot head user!

Poke around my site and investigate all the pages of my latest creations. These are samples of some of my work. My custom designed pieces are not pictured as they are a one of a kind piece created specifically for an individual.

Designing jewelry comes entirely from my mood, inspiration in my daily living and the colour of the glass bead in hand. From there, wearable GLASS ART emerges!
